| About the program : |
| The Ph.D. program in Demography aims to produce demographers with expertise in demography and who are capable of consolidating and applying a multidisciplinary approach for research. Coursework covers key issues in population studies, and the philosophy of the Program is to advance knowledge in demography through an up-to-date curriculum. Several scholarships and research assistantships are available. |
| Admission Requirements : |
| Students can enter the program with either a bachelor or master degree. |
Requirements for applicants with bachelor degree :
** Those wishing to focus on research must have a master degree in demography, statistics, economics, social science or related field with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, and a research proposal. |
